'UBX STEADY' MEMBERSHIP PRICING:
~ $59 per week, billed fortnightly via direct debit.
~ 12 month minimum term (inclusive: 30 days' notice required to cancel at the end of the initial 12-month term)
~ No upfront joining fee.
~ 3% annual membership increase applies on your membership anniversary. After the 12-month term, membership converts to a flexible month-to-month plan, with the 3% adjustment continuing annually.
GENERAL TERMS:
~ Cancellations: Memberships require a full billing cycle (30 days' notice) for termination, payable at full membership rate (no discounts can apply). Cancellations are not allowed during hold periods.
~ Holds are not valid during cancellation periods.
~ Failed debits incur Stripe transaction fees directly through Stripe.
~ Late/overdue membership payments will occur a $5/day late fee to apply after the 48 hours overdue.
~ Membership Holds: Charged at $5/week. Maximum 4 weeks hold per year, taken in one or two blocks 14 day blocks. Holds not allowed during cancellation periods.
~ Unstaffed Hours: Follow displayed workouts, no external visitors, and comply with surveillance and duress protocols.
~ Unauthorised access: $99 penalty per non-member applies if you allow unauthorised persons into the facility.
~ Lost fobs: $15 replacement fee.
